Ethical Intuitionism

Some moral truths are grasped as self-evident, without inference.

What it claims

Ethical intuitionism holds that certain moral propositions are self-evident and can be known without inference from other propositions. Ross presented a list of prima facie duties: fidelity, reparation, gratitude, justice, beneficence, self-improvement, and non-maleficence. That each of these is a duty is self-evident.
