Moral Constructivism
Moral truth comes to hold by being constructed through a rational procedure.
What it claims
Moral constructivism holds that moral facts are not discovered but come to hold as the product of a suitably specified practical standpoint or deliberative procedure. Rawls presented principles of justice as the outcome of a constructive procedure, the original position. Korsgaard located the source of normativity in autonomous legislation: the laws an agent imposes on herself in order to maintain her own identity.
