Antinatalism

Coming into existence is always a harm, so procreation is not justified.

What it claims

Antinatalism holds that bringing a new person into existence is morally wrong. Benatar's (2006) central argument invokes an asymmetry between pleasure and pain. The presence of pain is bad and the presence of pleasure good.
